Frequently Asked Questions

01. What is the Hawkstone Trade Portal?

The Hawkstone Trade Portal is a platform to inform and reward our amazing customers who back British farming by stocking our award winning beers and ciders. Everything you need as a stockist is right here.

02. How does the Hawkstone loyalty scheme work?

Every case or keg you order earns you credits. The more you stock, the more you earn. Redeem credits for premium glassware, branded merch and standout point-of-sale materials.

03. What are the membership tiers?

Your membership tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum) is based on your contract length and the number of keg lines you're stocking in your pub. To change your tier and earn more credits, Email your Hawkstone BDM or trade@hawkstone.com.

04. What can I spend my credits on?

You can redeem your credits for glassware, branded merch and point-of-sale materials. These credits can only be redeemed on this portal.

05. When will credits be added to my account?

Credits will be added to your account once we have verified sales data from your nominated wholesaler. This is usually sent to us monthly so there will be a delay from when you purchased Hawkstone products to credits displaying on your account.

06. Can I top up my credits?

If you don’t have enough credits for the glassware, merch or point-of-sale you want, you can add your payment details to top up the difference or wait until you have built up enough credits.

07. Why don’t I have any credits?

If credits aren’t showing on your account for the Hawkstone products you have purchased, this is likely because your nominated wholesaler does not supply us with your sales data. Email your Hawkstone BDM or trade@hawkstone.com.

08. Do credits expire?

Credits expire after 12 months of non-use.

09. How do I add a team member to my account?

You can add additional team members on your account page. Navigate to the 'Your Team' section, click 'add team member' and enter their email address.

10. What is a hectolitre?

A hectolitre is 100 litres. A keg of Hawkstone is 50 litres or 0.5 hectolitres. A case of Hawkstone Beer 12x330ml is 3.96 litres or 0.04 hectolitres. A case of Hawkstone cider 12x500ml is 6 Litres or 0.06 hectolitres.
